BRAVES ON TBS DIAL & WIN SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or to win. Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") open to all legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older at the time of entry, except employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Turner Broadcasting, Inc., ("Turner"), Superstation, Inc. ("TBS"), Atlanta National League Baseball Club, Inc. (the"Braves"), AOL Time Warner, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively the "Sponsors"). Void in Alaska, Hawaii and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning July 3, 2001 and ending September 28, 2001 TBS will conduct a Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries may be submitted by calling a specified 800 number (the "number") that will be displayed during Atlanta Braves games on TBS (the "game") within the Sweepstakes period (43 games total). When the number is displayed, phone lines will open for two (2) hours to enter participants into the Sweepstakes. Participants must register before entering and then answer a question relating to a play that took place in that night’s game. Participants that answer correctly will receive one entry into the daily drawing (maximum one (1) entry) and one entry into the Grand Prize drawing (maximum forty three (43) entries). There are no charges for registration. Participants that fail to answer the question correctly must wait until the next game for another chance to enter the Sweepstakes. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. MAXIMUM ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND HOUSEHOLD PER DAY. The following games occur during the Sweepstakes Period. The number will be shown on-air at some point during the game

3. HOW TO WIN: On the day after each game, one (1) Daily Winner will be randomly chosen by an independent fulfillment company from all eligible entries received during the previous night’s game. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly chosen by an independent fulfillment company from all eligible entries on or about September 30, 2001. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by telephone within fourteen (14) days of the decision and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and return of all necessary releases.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a two (2) day/one (1) night trip for two (2) to the Atlanta Braves home opening game for the 2002 season, date to be determined. This includes, i.) coach airfare for two from the major airport nearest to Winner's home to Atlanta, Ga. (if Grand Prize Winner lives within 200 miles of Turner Field, Sponsors reserve right to provide a gas stipend instead of air transportation); ii.) one (1) night hotel accommodations at double occupancy at the Omni Hotel (CNN Center location); iii.) Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) spending money; iv.) two (2) tickets to the "owner’s box" at the opening game at an Approximate Market Value ("AMV") of One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($1,300.00 for 1 Prize). Forty Three (43) Weekly Winners receive one (1) Replica authentic Braves jersey and one (1) Braves cap at an AMV of Eighty Five ($85.00 for 43 prizes). Total AMV of Sweepstakes (44 Prizes): Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Five Dollars ($4,995.00). No substitution or transfer of Prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winner or Runner ups. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any Prizes in the event the described Prizes, or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes (if any). If Winner cannot travel the date of the Braves home opening day, Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may award the Grand Prize to another randomly chosen eligible participant.

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsors the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the services of the Sponsors and all matters related to the Sweepstakes in any medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases and return within five (5) days of issuance of notification. Failure to do so or: (i) if any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or (ii) the Winner declines his or her will result in disqualification of the Winner and an alternate Winner may be selected at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors expressly disclaim any responsibility and participants agree to hold Sponsors harmless for liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the Prizes awarded. Sponsors are not responsible for (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize, or from participation in Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; or (iii) errors in transmission. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the Prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, in their sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors may elect to award all Prizes to Winners randomly drawn from among all participants who had entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellation. If the Sweepstakes is delayed, extended, interrupted, canceled, shortened, etc. for any reason, this Sweepstakes may be postponed, extended, shortened or terminated at the sole discretion of Sponsors.

6. CONSTRUCTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsors, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
