Sultry Catherine Bell plays a magazine researcher who helps tabloid journalist Casper Van Dien ("Starship Troopers") after he discovers a mysterious man has traveled from the future to witness disasters firsthand.

Bell currently stars as Sarah "Mac" MacKenzie in the CBS drama series "JAG," about to enter its fifth season. Her other television credits include guest appearances on the series "Friends," "Dream On," "Misery Loves Company" and "Hercules." She also co-starred in the highly rated 1998 CBS telefilm "Cab to Canada."
