While examining photographs of famous disasters, a tabloid journalist discovers that a mysterious man appears in many of the pictures, spanning more than 100 years. This discovery plunges the reporter into a race against time in TBS Superstation's original thriller THE TIMESHIFTERS, starring Casper Van Dien ("Starship Troopers"), Catherine Bell ("JAG"), Martin Sheen ("The American President"), Theresa Saldana ("Raging Bull"), Peter Outerbridge ("The Commish") and Catherine Van Dien ("Dynasty").

THE TIMESHIFTERS is not only an exciting thriller, but a compelling mystery which raises some interesting questions. A reporter (Casper Van Dien) uncovers an itinerary of someone who's traveling through time to disasters. Some of those disasters have already happened, and some haven't. Our journalist hero gives chase, but a major twist causes more people from the future to become involved. Will they help him stop the traveller or work to thwart our hero? If we know a disaster will occur do we have the right to interfere? Do we have an obligation to change the future? What if someone you know or love is involved?
