Scientific and Supernatural Horrors Meet Face to Face in Superstation Original Movie ROBIN COOK'S "ACCEPTABLE RISK" (PG-LV)

Medical science meets the supernatural with deadly results in TBS Superstation's upcoming original movie ROBIN COOK'S "ACCEPTABLE RISK," starring Chad Lowe (Take Me Home: The John Denver Story), Kelly Rutherford (Scream 3) and Sean Patrick Flanery (Powder). The thriller, set to premiere on TBS Superstation Sunday, October 21, at 8 p.m. (ET)/7 p.m. (PT), is directed by William A. Graham (The Hunt for the Unicorn Killer) and written by Michael J. Murray (The House of Usher).

ROBIN COOK'S "ACCEPTABLE RISK" tells the story of an ambitious medical researcher (Lowe) who purchases a New England home rumored to have connections to the Salem witch trials. While restoring the home, he discovers a mold he believes could be the foundation for a miracle cure to such degenerative brain diseases as Alzheimer's. After experimenting with it on himself and his medical team, however, he unleashes untold demonic terror from within.
